Our Experience
After 32 years of working for someone else I finally started my own venture. In October of 2016 i took up the role of Executive Lean Coach. I have approximately 14 years consulting and coaching experience in Automotive, Banking, Pharmaceutical and Utilities from Plant CEO level to customer facing ops. These have supplemented the knowledge gained working for Toyota from Team Member to Section Manger over 18.5 years covering Maintenance, Engineering and Production management roles. My consulting experience consists of: - Xcel Energy, Evraz, Transpower/ Meritor; Novo Nordisk; Consumers Energy, Coherent, Detroit Diesel Engine manufacture Detroit, USA, Daimler Trucks North America, Hospira USA, and Novo Nordisk DK

Our service includes a comprehensive deep dive to help identify gaps and opportunities, a comprehensive report that includes potentials is submitted for review, after this we decide together what the correct course of action should be and how we should proceed.
